The good folks at Bluebuzzard, a provider of hotel sales proposal solutions, recently asked me to help them increase sales of their Premium Media package. This package is an add-on to their current sales proposal solution and gives sales teams the ability to easily upload customized videos from their phones directly into the proposal.
The primary benefit of this solution is that it gives sales managers the ability to personalize a proposal beyond the introductory letter by engaging the user with video content, setting the property apart from the competition during the proposal process. Specifically, the solution is beneficial for sales teams that:
- Operate on a limited marketing budget
- Have great video content they’re looking to distribute to meeting planners
- Are selling to meeting planners who cannot visit the property for an onsite tour
- Understand their unique selling points and know how to show them off
I was tasked with laying out the benefits of this add-on by providing:
- Content for a landing page on Bluebuzzard’s website
- Video examples of how sales teams can use this tool to their benefit
- Tips sales managers can use for creating their own videos
Below are a few of the video examples I created to illustrate the benefit of the Premium Media package. The videos feature Jennifer, a sales manager who is using the tool as part of her proposal.
